How to complete the Slumbering Sands collection challenge? ›

Pokemon GO's Slumbering Sands event will feature a single Collection Challenge in which Trainers can capture and evolve various specimens to acquire eight featured Pokemon. Upon completing this challenge, they will be awarded with Stardust, XP, and an encounter with Komala.

For this event, the Slakoth evolutionary line will be available in a brand-new Pokemon Go costume. Throughout this event, you can expect to encounter Slakoth wearing a visor in the wild, as a Field Research Task encounter, and through Timed Research.

To start this World Quest, go to Aaru Village in the Sumeru desert. Speak with Bonifaz, an NPC who is standing at the entrance to the village, near the bridge that's next to the Statue of the Seven. He'll ask for help in finding a researcher named Tirzad, along with a few other members of an archaeology team.

Golden Slumber is the 3.1 World Quest in Sumeru for Genshin Impact which would take around 2 hours to complete.

Return to Aaru Village

If you've just completed Golden Slumber, you'll need to wait for a daily server reset before you can start Dual Evidence. After the reset, teleport to the Statue of the Seven in Aaru Village to begin. A scene will automatically start once you arrive.

When you make it to the final stage, all the tasks will be complete and you'll have a Jirachi encounter, candy, a Jirachi T-shirt, and a lot of XP waiting for you.

Slakoth is one of the trickiest pocket monsters to catch in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet due to its preference to be "rarely seen" and live in trees. "Rarely seen" is a Habitat Description note, indicating that a specific pocket monster has a very low chance of spawning after a locale refresh.

All Slaking have the Truant Ability, which causes it to spend every second turn doing nothing. In competitive matches, this is death, as the enemy can absorb Slaking's attacks with a move like Protect and counter while it's loafing around.

This move is Yawn, a Normal-type move that does absolutely no damage and only provides Slaking with 8.8 energy per second for its charge move.

The Pokemon GO Slumbering Sands offers different Research tasks, and completing a particular one can reward a Shiny Komala encounter; the specific event provides a higher chance of Shiny Komala spawning through a Research task when compared to a wild spawn.

To get the Scarlet Sand Slate and the basic level of Clearance that comes with it, you need to progress with the 'Lost in the Sands' subquest during 'Golden Slumber', and Tirzad will eventually give the gadget to you after Jeht brings back her new buddy Benben to the group.

Start the quest by talking to Katheryne in Sumeru. Alternatively, talk to Bonifaz in Aaru Village directly.

This short quest was introduced in version 3.1, and it can only be started after you've completed the Chapter 3, Act 4: King Deshret and the Three Magi Archon Quest. Head over to Aaru Village and speak with a man named Raef to begin the Blooming Sands quest.
